Scope

What is covered

Services

Every paid service endpoint: backup vaults, Proxmox offsite, Borg repositories, cloud server networking and website hosting.

How we measure

Availability is what our public status page at status.servercrate.net records for that service during the calendar month.

Not counted

Maintenance announced on the status page at least 48 hours ahead, problems inside your own server or network, and abuse or attacks against your own service.

Credits

What you get when we miss it

Below 99.5%

10% of that service's monthly fee, credited to your next invoice.

Below 99%

25% of that service's monthly fee.

Below 95%

50% of that service's monthly fee.

Yearly plans

Credited on the monthly equivalent of your yearly price.

How to claim

Open a ticket within 30 days after the month ends. We check it against the status page and apply the credit. Credits for a month never exceed that service's fee for the month.

Support
