Short version: texts are optional. Codes come only when you ask for one, offers only if you tick the offers box, at most 4 a month. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
#1. The Program
ServerCrate Account Texts and Offers is a text message program run by ServerCrate (servercrate.net). Messages come from (323) 705-4044.
#2. What We Send
- Verification codes and account texts: sent only when you request them, for example a code to confirm your number.
- News and offers: only if you opted in. Up to 4 messages a month, sent between 9am and 8pm in your time zone. Every offer says how to opt out.
Message frequency varies.
#3. How to Opt In
Sign in at portal.servercrate.net, open Account, enter your mobile number and confirm it with the 6-digit code we text you. To also receive offers, tick the separate box "Text me ServerCrate news and offers". It is never pre-ticked. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
#4. STOP and HELP
- Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message to stop all texts. You get one confirmation and nothing after it.
- Reply START to allow account texts again. Offers stay off until you turn them back on in the portal.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@servercrate.net.
- You can also remove your number or turn offers off on the Account page at any time.
#5. Costs and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile plan's terms decide what you pay. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available for mobile numbers in the United States and Canada.
#6. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See section 9 of our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are stored and used.
