1. Go to Steam > create a workshop collection

  2. Grab the Collection ID

  3. Add to your startup flags:

 
+host_workshop_collection 123456789 +sv_setsteamaccount YourSteamAPIKey

  1. Restart server

This pulls all the maps/addons automatically from Steam.
